Many holidays have a dozen flights, several remote lodges and camps, private transfers and may involve two or more countries. We take into account your drink preferences, medical needs, interests and any special dates while you are away. The file on a typical safari is often three inches thick and the whole thing is triple checked before we send your final travel documentation.
The result is an impeccably arranged holiday which works as one client put it “like a Swiss clock” and in the unlikely event you need us while you’re away, we have a 24 hour mobile phone you can call.
What Our Clients Say
"I think its fair to say that our holiday was excellent and the most perfectly organised holiday we have ever had."
Simon Ancliffe, UK
"Thanks so much for this and all your help so far, it's just so fantastic and so rare to see such attention to detail and receive such brilliant service. I'm already so impressed I'm tempted to book next years holiday already, and we've still 2 weeks to go before this one!"
David Goddard, UK
"It really doesn't surprise me that you asked how we got on because your attention to detail is amazing. When you think how many changes you had to make for us and how complicated the logistics were, the potential for things to go wrong was very high and we quite expected that something would. I cant exaggerate how smoothly everything was and how easy you made it for us. Whilst I am quite sure we would have loved it whatever happened, the Africa Exclusive team made it perfect for us in every way."

"I guess if I could say anything to prospective guests it would be - you can't believe everything is taken care of in such splendid ease. So many things to tell you and share. But suffice it is to say we had a glorious trip without a moments hitch and we met the loveliest people in the world at each stop. Not once did we have a moments concern for our next destination. Like Butch Cassidy said to the Sundance Kid - How do they do that?"
