A Last Family Holiday

Most families reach a point when the time is right for one last big holiday together. What could be better than a safari adventure maybe combined with an exotic beach? There’s activity, adventure, beauty and the chance to build shared memories you can cherish. The young people are old enough to do anything and appreciate it, and the parents are still active enough to join in.

The holiday will be tailormade and can have something for everyone. Some families agree that each member can choose a section of the holiday to fulfil a personal dream. So your 19 year old son might decide you’re all going to spend a day canoeing down the Zambezi, while your daughter takes charge of deciding which luxurious island hideaway you’ll choose to relax and snorkel. Mum might want to stay somewhere like Baines Camp in the Okavango to indulge her love of elephants. Perhaps Dad has a secret hankering to track a lion on a walking safari or learn to scuba dive.

We love designing family holidays and they are always really successful. Everyone is unique. The Morley family decided to cycle round Namibia with a backup safari vehicle. We have mothers and daughters who dream about cantering across the Okavango on horseback. Your family may decide you want your own private camp by a river in the Serengeti during the wildebeest migration before you set off tracking mountain gorillas in Rwanda.
