* Paul will give your travel arrangements his immediate undivided attention to design the perfect holiday and email full details to you. He can provisionally hold accommodation and flights for you so you know what he suggests is available and possible.

* You can discuss the proposal with Paul and modify it until it is exactly right for you. Paul will be available out of office hours as required. When you are happy with the holiday we will take your payment and confirm the arrangements sending your documents by email or courier.

* The price of the arrangements will be close to the composite published selling price of the accommodation and air travel. So you get this service and our 22 years experience free! What we ask of you.

* This service is only offered for holidays in excess of £5,000 per person.

* Please be available, decisive and willing to trust our expertise and commitment to excellence.

* Of course you have the right to consult other companies too, but for arrangements at short notice if more than one company is holding accommodation and flights for you this can cause damaging confusion with airlines and lodges. Last minute bookings demand a lot of energy and fast footwork on our part. We are happy to do it if you are serious. Our price will be fair.
