Africa Exclusive frequently arranges superb safaris for people travelling alone.  We can arrange any of the safaris on this website for a single traveller.  We devote our full tailormaking skills and experience to ensure that as a single traveller you can enjoy a safari exactly matched to your requirements.

At the heart of our service is the arrangement of a safari experience in which you can be accommodated in comfort, in a sequence of beautiful remote locations far from the crowds and taken on unforgettable safaris by expert guides.  We can arrange for you to stay in top quality safari lodges which charge a minimal supplement or none at all for a single traveller.  Many of these lodges are small and arrange meals on a communal basis with all guests and guides dining together recounting the days’ adventures.  Activities would usually involve five or six people and a guide on an open vehicle drive, a walk or some other form of safari.  So you need not feel “on your own” even though your safari is completely tailormade to suit just you.

If you would like to share a safari visiting several places with the same party of people, we can arrange for you to join a small group safari, such as an overland safari in Botswana or a fly-in desert safari around Namibia.  We only arrange group safaris on this basis with top quality guides, very comfortable accommodation and in parties of no more than six or seven people.  Perhaps you would like to combine a quality small group safari for a week followed by a week of tailormade arrangements – whatever your preferences just give us a call and we’ll be delighted to arrange it.

It may be that you would like your safari activities to be private – just you and an expert guide, returning to your small comfortable camp or lodge after each private safari activity.  This can easily be arranged and it is the perfect way to give yourself the freedom to indulge your interests – photography or bird watching perhaps, devoting each day’s agenda to fulfil your dreams of the perfect African safari.
