One of our camps, Rekero Kidogo, was in the middle of scrub bush country to the north of the Masai Mara. The whole camp was run with very few people and we dined with our hosts Daisy and Jackson who were wonderful company and extremely attentive. Our Masai guide at this camp were absolutely superb and we scared ourselves at night with the sounds of lions, hyenas and elephnats nearby.
As we boarded our plane at the airstrip to depart from Amakhosi I had tears in my eyes. No place has ever had such an effect on me before. The words 'thank you' seem insufficent, but they are heart felt.
Every aspect of the trip was superb: your communication with us in the USA before we left, your expert response to some minor ticketing confusion in Nairobi, absolutely seamless transfers around the region, some of the most amazing accommodation in the world, a very successful and enjoyable climb on Kilimanjaro, and two fantastic safari camp experiences.
Good morning! I wanted to let you know our holiday was wonderful! The guide, Festo, was incredible and had answers to all of our questions. He made certain we saw every animal we wanted, and then some! I believe our favorite part of the entire trip was the camping in the tents on the Serengeti ---- that was fantastic! The camp crew was terrific!
I guess if I could say anything to prospective safari guests it would be to say, ‘you just can’t believe that everything is taken care of in such splendid ease. So many things to tell you and share. But suffice it to say we had a glorious trip without a moment’s hitch and met the loveliest people in the world at each stop. Not once did we have a moment’s concern for our next destination.
I'm happy to report that we had a wonderful holiday - the arrangements were wonderful and transfers went without a hitch! Thanks again for all your help and guidance in planning this incredible vacation. We will highly recommend Africa Exclusive to our friends and family who wish to go on a trip like ours.
Absolutely superb – the arrangements were flawless and everything worked like clockwork. We saw everything, lions and their cubs, lions hunting and their kill, lions with buffalo, giraffe and warthogs, leopards and their cubs, three leopards in a tree with their kill, and 10 day old cubs at Mombo. We even saw wild dog, rhino and 2 week old elephants.
