Chongwe River Camp is situated on the edge of the National Park and overlooks the confluence of the Chongwe and Zambezi Rivers.
The nine spacious and well-appointed Mulati tents are shaded by thatch and have twin or double beds with a spacious open air en-suite bathroom made from natural materials found near the lodge.
The main area of the camp comprises of a lounge and bar area looking out over the river and a swimming pool, the perfect place to cool down in the middle of the day.
The food at Chongwe is superb and delicious meals, which include bush breakfasts and a wide variety of dishes, are usually served at the outdoor dining table under a canopy of stars.
